The staff were the best I've encountered. Very helpful and informed and made the trip much better. The breakfast was excellent and the lobby area is beautiful

Room wasn't that great, tempremental taps, slightly damaged bed and stained carpet. Above plus points means I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again though.

Optimal location to visit the city.

The price is high related to the rooms features, but we stayed here during a holiday weekend.

As Brugge is an expensive touristic city, this price is good for this kind of hotel..Rooms are clean , breakfast is good, very good location, staff are friendly....there are modern art pieces in the reception, which we find excellent...Do not expect luxury , you will enjoy it.

there was no wireless in the room(room 11), we went out to hall for internet.Hotel should solve this easy problem.

Lovely big room, very clean and comfortable. Great location as it is right in the centre within a couple of minutes walk to the main square.Breakfast was very nice too. All round great place and would return for sure.

Staff did actually read our request and accomodated us as good as they coudl (we have a child with celiac disease and they provided information over their food)

The room was a bit small, the bathroom old, although funcional, and the matrasses rather soft

Beautiful reception area, excellent breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were nice and clean.

Location is good.really close to the city center.

A shower didnt work at all when I tryed to take a shower at our first night, water didnt come out....though somehow next morning ,the shower was working again and I could take a shower..

THe staff was extremely friendly and professional and assisted us throughout. The rooms were very clean and appropriately sized. Breakfast was great Will definitely go back.

The 2 things I didnt like was the bed and the TV. I had requested for a double bed - got a twin instead which was very uncomfortable. Also the TV was miniscule very high on the wall - and no good channels

Especially hotel staffs were friendly and very kind

We loved the reception staff (who helped bring the bags from the car), the location of the hotel amongst it all and the enormous buffet breakfast with the ample sized crockery. We were given a free room upgrade as well as we had a lot of bags and a child.

Wifi was somewhat weak in our room which was a bit far from reception.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The most impressive part of the hotel is the ground floor which still has the grandeur of when famous writers came to visit. The rooms aren't huge but clean and with a very comfy bed.

The bath/shower has no shower curtain which we didn't mind that much but must've been a nightmare for house keeping.

The staff were very friendly and informative. We had a room at the front overlooking the main road, but it was not noisy and black out curtains kept the street lights out.

the buffet breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and caring. the location of the hotel is rather convenient if you'd like to keep only a short distance between the center and where you sleep. even tough the entrance and the lobby, as well as where the breakfast was served were rather elegantly decorated, the rooms were only average in terms of decoration.

We did not like the fact that the hotel was not noise proof and that whatever happened in another room or in the corridor was easily heard from inside which disturbed us in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep. Even tough we asked for a double bed, we were given two single beds combined together.

  • Couple

The location was perfect, it is 5 mins walk to the Markt and 2 mins walk to a nearby resturant which has one of the best mussles in Brouge, ask for this resturant once you are checking in, it is right on the corner. The staff were helpful, they gave us a map to tour around in the city with the marked routes for a walk just on our arrival. The rooms were spacy enough with a bath in the bathroom.

If you are looking for an internet access in the room, so the 2nd floor will not be the best solution for you, there is no lift in the hotel but it is just two floors, so that is really not a big problem. There another issue that I see it annoying that there are no curtains for the bath, so u will get water all over the place in the bathroom.

The whole atmosphere was one of history, elegance and quality. The staff were outstanding in their quest to be helpful. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Well done.

There was some information on the hotel, which obviously I didn't understand, if it could have read an english version as well that would have been lovely.
